Steps:
- 1. heat oven to 350
- 2. slightly beat eggs - add undrained pineapple, sugar, flour, baking soda, vanilla, and walnuts.
- 3. pour into ungreased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- 4. This cake is very moist so do not remove from pan - place in refrigerator for at least an hour before frosting.
- 5. Now make the frosting! Mix together cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. (you can add a little milk if consistency is not what you like)
- 6. This cake is best if made the day before serving!
