I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The cake was moist and flavorful, and the pineapple topping was just the right amount of sweetness.

This cake was a disaster! It didn't rise properly and the pineapple topping was burnt. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This cake was a little dry, but the flavor was good. I think I'll try adding some more butter or oil to the batter next time.

This cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I'll try using less sugar next time.
