I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I really enjoyed this cake. It was moist and flavorful, and the pineapple chunks were not overpowering.

This cake is very rich, so a little goes a long way. I would recommend cutting it into small pieces.

I accidentally used self-rising flour instead of all-purpose flour. The cake still turned out okay, but it was a bit denser than I would have liked.

I had some trouble finding crushed pineapple, so I used pineapple chunks instead. It worked out just fine.

This cake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. Other than that, it was a very good cake.
