Pineapple Mandarin Orange Cream Orzo Salad image

I adapted this recipe to use orzo pasta. You may use rice but if you do, use more cream. This can be made ahead, chilled.

I've tried many orzo salads, but this one is by far my favorite. The dressing is creamy and tangy, and the pineapple and mandarin oranges add a nice sweetness.
