These muffins are a great grab-and-go breakfast. I often make a batch on the weekend and then grab one on my way out the door in the morning.

I love the ginger in these muffins. It gives them a nice spicy kick. I also like that they're not too sweet.

I'm allergic to pineapple, so I substituted crushed applesauce in this recipe. The muffins turned out great! They were moist and fluffy and the applesauce added a nice sweetness.

These muffins are a great way to use up leftover pineapple. I always have some leftover pineapple after I make a pineapple upside-down cake, so I'm always looking for new recipes to use it up. These muffins are a great option.

Not a fan. The muffins were too sweet for my taste and the ginger flavor was too strong.

Meh. I found these muffins to be a bit dry and bland. The pineapple flavor was barely noticeable and the ginger was overpowering.

These muffins are a delightful blend of sweet and spicy. The pineapple adds a tropical twist, while the ginger gives them a warm, zesty kick. They're perfect for a quick breakfast or afternoon snack.
