Pineapple Dressing image

received this recipie from my daughter whose mother in law makes this everytime she prepares a ham dinner. I have tried it and my family loves it - it is now served everytime we have ham. Enjoy!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
8 1/2 oz crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp dark mustard
PINEAPPLE DRESSING

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all ingredients in a small pot. Cook over low to medium heat until mixture thickens. Serve immediately. great with ham.
