Pineapple-Dijon Ham Sandwiches image

My kids like ham; the challenge is finding new ways to make it. When I slow-cook it with pineapple and Dijon, the juices make an amazing dipping sauce. -Camille Beckstrand, Layton, Utah

These sandwiches were a hit at my party! The pineapple and Dijon mustard added a sweet and tangy flavor that was perfectly balanced by the salty ham.
