Pineapple Crustless Pie image

I made 2 of these at my in-laws for dessert after lunch. My mother-in-law requested that I make 3 more for after dinner. Then she asked me for the recipe.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 c butter
1/2 20 oz can(s) crushed pineapples, drained
1 c pineapple juice, from draining the can
1 c milk
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
4 eggs
3/4 c sugar
1/2 c flour

Steps:

  • 1. ***If your pineapple juice doesn't equal 1 cup then make up the difference by adding milk.
  • 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter deep dish pie pan.
  • 3. Throw everything into a blender and blend for 45 seconds on high. If you like coconut it is a perfect addition add half a cup before blending.
  • 4. Pour into buttered pie pan. If you added coconut, sprinkle a little on the top.
