- Drain pineapple chunks, reserving pineapple juice. Combine eggs, flour, sugar and pineapple juice. Cook on stove until thick. Remove from heat and cool. Cut pineapple chunks in half, Combine pineapple, marshmellows, cheese and sauce. Refrigerate.
