PINEAPPLE BREAD CASSEROLE
This pineapple bread casserole is great served as a side with pork. Also good as a dessert. Heck, it's actually good with just about anything! A co-worker/friend took this dish to work and I just had to have the recipe. I now make it often.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
- 2. Stir drained pineapple into mixture then fold in cubed bread.
- 3. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake @350 for approx 50 minutes.
