PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN image

2 (1 lb. 4 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
Ritz Crackers (crumbled)
1 stick margarine (melted)

Steps:

  • Mix together pineapple, sugar, flour and grated cheese. Put into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover top with cracker crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
