PINA COLADA SLUSH
We love this take on a pina colada. The recipe has the perfect balance of pineapple and coconutty pina colada flavor. It's creamy with a hint of tartness. Topping with cream soda makes it a pina colada float. This tasty cocktail is sure to cool you down on a hot summer evening.

Steps:
- 1. Mix together pineapple juice, pina colada mix, vodka, and rum. Freeze overnight. (For convenience, I use clean plastic ice cream pails for this.)
- 2. When time to serve, add 2 tablespoons (or desired amount) of slush to a glass and fill with white cream soda.
- 3. Garnish with fresh tropical fruit.
