Pina Colada Dip image

This smooth summertime dip is great with strawberries and bananas, and may be prepared with or without strawberry daiquiri.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 tablespoons pina colada mix
2 tablespoons light rum
2 tablespoons frozen strawberry daiquiri mixer

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, whip together cream cheese, sugar, pina colada mix, rum and strawberry daiquiri. Chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving.
