Yield 6 stuffed crescents

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 lb. chicken (or other meat)
1/2 chopped tomato
10-15 stems Cilantro (chopped)
1 stem green onion (chopped)
12 slices (pickled) jalopenos
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 pack Taco seasoning
Pillsbury Crescent rolls (unbaked)

Steps:

  • 1. Cut chicken in small cubes and cook (following instructions on Taco seasoning's packet) 2. Preheat oven to 350 3. Open the package of Pillsbury Crescent rolls (one pack usually has 6 "triangles" for crescents) 4. Unroll each triangle, place 1/6 of cooked chicken, 1/6 tomato, 1/6 cilantro, 1/6 green onion, 2 slices of jalopeno and 1/6 shredded cheese on the larger end of each triangle. 5. Now roll the crescent (following rolling instructions on the pillsbury box) (you may think you have too much filling and not all edges may close... just roll as tightly as possible (edges will close automatically upon baking!)) 6. Take the 6 stuffed crescents and place them side by side (forming a ring) (on a butter-sprayed pan). (I used a pie dish... six crescents fit perfectly on the edges of the dish) 7. Spray top of crescents with Butter and Bake for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown 8. Serve with more shredded cheese and Sour cream!

These were delicious! The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the crescents were flaky and buttery. I will definitely be making these again.

I've made these a few times now and they're always a hit! I love that they're so easy to make and that I can use whatever ingredients I have on hand.

These were just okay. The chicken was a little dry and the crescents were a bit too greasy.

These were so good! I made them for my family and they loved them. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the crescents were nice and flaky. I did add a little bit of my own twist to the recipe. I added some diced green peppers and onions to the c
