Pie Furr's Cafeteria Famous Millionaire Pie Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 lb. ( 1 stick) butter softened
2 large fresh whole eggs
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 9" baked pie shell
1 cup Heavy cream
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Cream together powdered sugar and butter with electric mixer. Add eggs, salt and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread mixture evenly into a baked pie shell. Chill Whip cream until stiff. Blend in 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Fold in pineapple and pecans. Spread this mixture on top of base mixture and chill thoroughly. Very good but make sure eggs are very fresh because they are not cooked.
