I'm not a big fan of pesto, but this dish was actually really good. The tomatoes and artichoke hearts helped to balance out the flavor.

Overall, I thought this dish was just okay. The pesto was a little bland and the tomatoes were too acidic.

Would have been better with a different type of pasta, like spaghetti or fettuccine.

I used sun-dried tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes and it was still delicious.

This pesto pasta with tomatoes and artichoke hearts was a hit! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the artichoke hearts added a nice briny touch. I'll definitely be making this again.
