- Add the chickpeas, tomato wedges, diced squash, and all the seasonings.
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 30 minutes. Stir often. Add a few teaspoons of water or vegetable broth if needed.
- Serve hot over cook-ed brown rice.
