I find that since we became empty nesters, we often have a hard time going through an entire bag of potatoes. This is a wonderful, quick and easy recipe to use when you need something new. Serve with Ranch dressing, ketchup or sour cream with chives and crumbled bacon for a delicious treat that your family will enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Place seasonings and olive oil in a large ziplock bag. Toss to combine.
- 3. Add 4 cups of bite sized cubed potatoes. Again, toss to combine.
- 4. Place mixture on a foiled covered 13x9 cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Ranch dressing, ketchup or sour cream with chives and crumbled bacon.
