3 lb chuck roast
2-3 clove garlic, sliced
16 oz pepperoncini peppers, chopd
1 c beef broth

Steps:

  • 1. GATHER INGREDIENTS...MAKE SLITS AROUND ROAST N INSERT GARLIC SLICES.
  • 2. PUT ROAST INTO SLOW COOKER N POUR IN BEEF BROTH N EMPTY ENTIRE JAR OF PEPPERONCINIS PLUS JUICE...COVER N COOK ON LOW FOR 6-8 HOURS ( OR UNTIL MEAT BREAKS APART EASILY)
  • 3. PULL APART ALL MEAT WITH A COUPLE OF FORKS N SPOON OUT ONTO HEROS...ENJOY :)
