I'm not a fan of peppermint, so I wasn't sure if I would like this martini. But I was wrong! It's actually really good. The mint flavor is subtle and refreshing, and the chocolate flavor is rich and decadent.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this martini was to make. I didn't have any crème de menthe, so I used green food coloring and a bit of mint extract instead. It turned out great!
