I followed the recipe exactly, but my cookies turned out flat and hard. I'm not sure what went wrong.

These cookies were a bit of a disappointment. They're not as flavorful as I was expecting, and they're a bit too dry.

I had some trouble getting the dough to roll out evenly. It kept sticking to my rolling pin.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste, but they're still very good. I would recommend using less sugar if you're not a fan of overly sweet cookies.

I'm not a huge fan of peppermint, but I still really enjoyed these cookies. They're not too overpowering, and the sweetness of the cookie balances out the mint flavor nicely.
