Penne a La Betsy (Pioneer Woman Recipe) image

From Pioneer Woman, her little sister, Betsy's recipe. I loved this! Made with milk instead of cream and it was great. Would be even better with the cream, of course ; )

This recipe is a waste of time. The sauce was bland and the chicken was dry.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the sauce didn't turn out creamy at all. It was more like a thick paste.

The sauce was a little too thick for my taste, but the chicken was cooked perfectly.

I'm not a big fan of creamy sauces, but this one was really good. The addition of sun-dried tomatoes and artichoke hearts gave it a nice tang.
