This pasta dish is a great way to use up leftover chicken. It's also a great make-ahead meal.

I love the combination of flavors in this dish. The sweetness of the sun-dried tomatoes and the saltiness of the pancetta are a perfect match.

I was a little disappointed with this recipe. The sauce was bland and the chicken was dry.

The sauce was a little too thick for my taste, but that's an easy fix. Next time, I'll add a little more milk or cream.

I'm not a huge fan of mushrooms, but I really enjoyed them in this dish. They added a nice earthy flavor without being overpowering.
