I made a vegetarian version of this pizza by substituting tofu for the roasted duck. It was still delicious! The tofu absorbed the flavors of the hoisin sauce perfectly.

For those who love a bit of heat, I recommend adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the hoisin sauce. It gives the pizza a nice kick without being overpowering.
