PEGGI'S FRENCH DRESSING image

This was my father-in-laws old family recipe. He used to add real onions in it, but as it sets, it would taste like onion juice, so I switched it to use onion powder instead. Great salad dressing!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my dressing turned out too thick. I think I'll add a little bit of water to it next time.

This dressing is a bit too tangy for my taste. I think I'll add a little bit of honey to it next time.

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover herbs. I always have a bunch of parsley and chives in my fridge, so this is a great way to use them up.
