Pecorino Romano Mashed Potatoes image

8 medium potatoes, cut, boiled and mashed
3/4 stick of butter
1 cup grated Pecorino Romano cheese
3/4 cup milk
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash together the potatoes, butter, Romano cheese, milk and nutmeg.
