Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3 Drizzle each side of fish with basting oil and sprinkle with bread crumb mixture, transfer to baking sheet. 4. Bake 12-15 minutes, until golden-brown and internal temperature reaches 130 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of fillet. Let rest at least 2 minutes.
