I was disappointed with this pie. The crust was soggy and the filling was runny. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. Maybe I used the wrong type of pears.

This pie was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. The crust was nice and flaky, and the filling was thick and gooey. I might try using less sugar next time.
