Steps:
- 1. Take pastry and put 1 of them in pie dish. Stir together flour, sugar and spices. Mix with the pears. Put mixture in the pie crust. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot on margarine. Put on top crust. Cut some slits in it. Bake until golden brown for 40 to 50 minutes in a 425 degree oven. You can use 350 degrees but takes a longer time to bake.
