- 1. Mix pears and sugar then refrigerate overnight.
- 2. The next day, mix egg and oil.
- 3. Add pears and sugar mixture.
- 4. Add dry ingredients a little at a time.
- 5. Mix well.
- 6. Then fold in nuts, coconut, and vanilla.
- 7. Pour into a prepared 9x13 baking dish.
- 8. Bake at 350 for one hour and 10 mins.
