Peanut Satay Sauce image

This differs from my other peanut sauce. I like this one because it's pureed until smooth in the food processor and it doesn't contain coconut milk like my other one.

I'm not a fan of peanut satay sauce, but this recipe was surprisingly good. I might make it again sometime.

This sauce was a bit bland for my taste. I had to add some extra spices to give it some flavor.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my sauce turned out too thin. I'm not sure what I did wrong.

This sauce is a bit spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think it would be great on grilled chicken or shrimp.

I've tried many satay sauces before, but this one is by far the best. It's so creamy and rich, with the perfect balance of sweet, savory, and spicy.
