Peanut Butter Protein Milkshake image

This milkshake has extra protein from black beans, the deep chocolate taste is from cacao (not to be confused with cocoa) powder and is dressed up with optional whipped cream, peanuts, and chocolate drizzle. I cannot promise similar results using a standard blender, such as a Ninja®.

Time 5m

Yield 1

Number Of Ingredients 5

3/4 cup chocolate almond milk
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
¼ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter, but I really enjoyed this milkshake. The chocolate and banana flavors really balance out the peanut butter flavor.
