I love to cook, and these skewers are one of my favorite things to prepare. They have a wonderfully different flavor and go great with rice.

I'm a vegetarian, so I substituted tofu for the pork. It turned out great! The peanut butter sauce was still delicious.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my peanut butter sauce turned out grainy. I think I might have added the peanut butter too quickly.

I'm not a big fan of pork, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. The peanut butter sauce was really what made the dish.

I didn't have any spicy dipping sauce, so I just used a store-bought sweet and sour sauce. It was still really good.

I found that the pork cooked a little faster than the recipe said. I had to take it out of the oven a few minutes early.
