Peanut Butter Jumbos image

From D. Huffer in the Simple & Delicious magazine. I need some place to keep this recipe safe from the recycling bin monitored by DH. They say reduced fat or generic brands of peanut butter are not recommended for this recipe.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my jumbos turned out really dry. I think I might have overcooked them.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to use a little less sugar. They were a bit too sweet for my taste.
