PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE - MICROWAVE
This is a VERY easy fudge that never fails! But, make sure you use the largest size mixing bowl & have all your ingredients measured and ready. As you microwave, the mixture boils to the top of the bowl!

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter I minute. Add sugar & evaporated milk, stir well. Return to microwave. Cook for 3 minutes - stir. Cook for 2 minutes - stir. Cook for 3 minutes - stir. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes - stir.
- 2. Add peanut butter (or 2 cup chocolate chips) and stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream & vanilla. Using mixer, beat until smooth and well blended. Immediately pour into buttered 9 x 11 pan. Cool.
