Peanut butter fudge image

Smooth, creamy, not super sweet, nutty. Peanut butter fudge you can eat and not feel guilty about. I love fudge, but not the sickening sweet that's overpowering.You get sweetness, but not super sweet.

Number Of Ingredients 8

2 c granulated sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c light karo syrup
12 oz peanut butter chips
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 to 1 1/2 c chopped salted peanuts

Steps:

  • 1. Stir together in a pan, granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, turn to simmer and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. After 10 minutes, remove from heat. Stir in butter, vanilla, Karo, peanut butter chips, salt and chopped peanuts.
  • 3. Stir until smooth.
  • 4. Pour into an 8X8 buttered square pan.
  • 5. Cool in the fridge, overnight.
  • 6. Cut into squares and enjoy.
