These cookies are rich, buttery, and melt in your mouth! I came up with this recipe while experimenting with peanut butter. They are slightly crisp on the outside and slightly soft on the inside. If you like peanut butter and chocolate, give these a try!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter, white and brown sugar. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla.
- 2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir into peanut butter mixture.
- 3. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter chips.
- 4. Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls. Place cookies 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheetss. Press each ball with bottom of cup dipped in sugar.
- 5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set and just starting to slightly brown around edges. Let cool for 10 minutes on cookie sheet before transferring to cooling rack.
