Peanut Butter Banana Tart image

This is sinful! Three of my favorite food groups--peanut butter, chocolate and bananas team together in this wonderful dessert. Don't look at the nutritional information and for once have a good time! The recipe is from Wilton Industries, Inc.

I had some trouble getting the tart crust to come together. I ended up having to add a little bit of water to the dough in order to get it to form a ball.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my tart crust turned out really tough. I think I might have overmixed the dough.

This tart was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. I would recommend using less sugar in the filling if you don't like your desserts too sweet.
