Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream image

This is about as easy and fresh as you can get. You are only limited by your imagination. Nuts, chocolate, marshmallows, or whatever else you desire in an ice cream can be added.

4 ripe bananas, cut into 1-inch slices
¼ cup peanut butter

Steps:

  • Arrange banana slices on a baking sheet and freeze, 8 hours to overnight.
  • Process frozen bananas in a food processor until evenly chopped; add peanut butter and process until thick and creamy.
