Ok, these aren't cookies, but I used to make them to include in my Christmas goodie packages too. These are SO GOOD! Who doesn't like chocolate and peanut butter?!?! Note: 2 hours of the prep time includes chilling. **Photo borrowed from internet.**

I'm allergic to peanuts, so I can't eat these peanut butter balls. But they look so delicious that I'm tempted to try making them with almond butter or cashew butter instead.

I've also tried dipping the peanut butter balls in melted chocolate. It's a delicious variation that makes them even more decadent.

I like to add a little bit of vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture. It gives the balls a more complex flavor.

These peanut butter balls are a great way to use up leftover peanut butter. I always have a jar of peanut butter in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can use it in.

Overall, I thought these peanut butter balls were just okay. They were easy to make, but the flavor was a bit bland.

I had some trouble getting the peanut butter balls to hold together. I think I might have needed to chill the mixture for longer before rolling them.

These peanut butter balls are a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
