Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars image

I got this recipe from a friend of mine. These cookies are delicious! As with any bar cookie, they are easier to make than drop cookies. I love these with a glass of milk. Although any flavor jelly can be used, grape is my favorite!

These bars are a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the filling next time.

I'm not a huge fan of peanut butter and jelly, but these bars were surprisingly good. The crust is flaky and the filling is sweet and tart.
