Peanut Butter and Chocolate Melt Away Cake image

This is a little different than the melt away cake already posted. This one has 1/2 cup more butter in the cake and a chocolate icing. I made it in a Williams Sonoma Lady Ann cake pan. It is 1 layer pan with an indention for the peanut butter. It looks very professional and appealing.

This cake is a bit too rich for my taste. I think it would be better with a little less chocolate.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my cake didn't turn out as expected. It was too dense and didn't have much flavor.

I found this cake to be a bit dry. I think it would have been better with a little more moisture.
