This was my entry for a cooking contest hosted by another site, from several years ago. The cocktail has a delicious peach base and just the right hint of ginger and a touch of evaporated milk to give it a nice creamy finish. For step #1, I used half of a 15-oz can, and it worked out well.

Steps:
- 1. Placed drained peaches and ginger in food process (or blender), and pulse until smooth and well blended.
- 2. Add ice, pureed peach mixture, evaporated milk, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, and pour into a tall glass.
- 3. Garnish with a peach slice and cherries on an umbrella skewer, and serve immediately with a straw.
