Peach Oatmeal Scone-kl image

I used Bisquick for the base of this scone recipe. I added oatmeal and peaches. They are somewhat more like a biscuit than a true scone.

I found the scones to be a bit dry. I think I might try adding a little more butter next time.

I added a bit of cinnamon to the batter and they were delicious. I also used fresh peaches instead of frozen and they were so juicy.

I'm not a big fan of scones, but these were really good. The peach flavor was subtle and the scones were nice and moist.
