This salad is a great way to use up leftover grilled chicken or steak. It's also a great vegetarian option.

I'm not a big fan of peaches, but I loved this salad. The balsamic glaze really brings out the flavor of the peaches.

I followed the recipe exactly and the salad came out perfectly. The peaches were ripe and juicy, the mozzarella was creamy, and the balsamic cherries added a nice touch of sweetness.
