Number Of Ingredients 9

2 ½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup margarine
½ cup white sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
salt to taste
1 (16 ounce) jar natural peanut butter
ghost-shaped cookie cutter

I was disappointed with these ghosties. They were too sweet and the peanut butter filling was too runny.

I'm not a big fan of peanut butter, but I actually really liked these ghosties. The chocolate coating balanced out the peanut butter flavor perfectly.
