- 1. IN BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR, PROCESS COOKIES UNTIL FINELY CRUSHED. SET ASIDE 2 TBLS. OF CRUMBS FOR TOPPING
- 2. IN LG. BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE, BUTTER & SUGAR. IN ANOTHER BOWL, WHISK MILK & PUDDING TOGETHER FOR 2 MINS OR UNTIL THICKENED. ADD TO CREAM CHEESE MIXTURE.
- 3. FOLD IN COOL WHIP. PLACE 1/2 OF CRUMBS IN TALL BOWL, TOP WITH 1/2 PUDDING MIX. REPEAT LAYERS. SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED CRUMBS. REFRIGERATE UNTIL SERVING. 8-10 SERVINGS
