Patsy's Lemon Tassies image

I combined two recipes to make this wonderful dessert. The crust is from my original crust for pecan tastes and the filling is from the lemon squares I make.

Number Of Ingredients 10

CRUST:
1 c butter
8 oz cream cheese,softened
2 1/2 c flour
FILLING:
4 eggs
2 c sugar
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Steps:

  • 1. Combine butter and cream cheese. Add flour,combine well. Form into 2 balls, flatten slightly. Wrap well in plastic wrap.Chill Roll crust thin,cut and fit into mini muffin pans,chill while preparing filling. Combine filling ingredients.Spoon into crust lined pans. Bake 350 deg. 12-15 mins. Remove from pan cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
