Number Of Ingredients 9

1 -2 garlic clove (fine chopped)
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium onions (chopped)
1 -2 pinch pepper (to taste)

  • Add just enough hot water to coat the bottom of your dish and cook in 350 oven until top becomes golden brown.
  • After you pull it out of the oven, you could sprinkle with Feta Cheese if desired.

I would make this recipe again, but I would make some changes. I would add some garlic and onions, and I would use less salt.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.

This recipe is way too salty. I would use half the amount of salt next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and my potatoes were still undercooked. I had to cook them for an extra 30 minutes.

This recipe is a little bland for my taste. I would add some garlic and onions to give it more flavor.

I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The potatoes were so good that I didn't even mind the tomatoes.

I tried this recipe last night and it was a hit! The potatoes were so tender and flavorful, and the tomatoes added a nice tanginess. I will definitely be making this again.
