3 tablespoons cracked pepper
2 bunches fresh coriander

2 tablespoons ground coriander
3 tablespoons ground black pepper

This pastrami salmon recipe was a hit! The fish was flaky and moist, and the pastrami rub gave it a delicious smoky flavor.
